Yoga Therapy
Yoga means to unify/link/join. The practice of yoga teaches individuals to work on the mind body connection and enhance this link. In yoga therapy a highly trained specialist helps you restore and/or maintain balance in your mind/body to improved health and enhance your quality of life.
Treatment method
Assessment will consider lifestyle, external stressors, internal stressors, illness, sleep, eating, elimination, eating habits. Evaluation will also consider Dosha, Gunas, Chakras, Nadis, etc. Treatment will focus on restoration of balance.

How many therapy sessions are needed?
We recommend daily commitment for 1m to start. This typically entails weekly therapy sessions with specialist.
