Yoga Therapy
- Yoga Therapy: Using the principles of Yoga to target specific symptoms
pranayama
- The utilization of breath to control the mind and body
- Diaphragmatic breathing
stimulates the vagal nerve, increasing vagal tone, and activates the parasympathetic nervous system
meditation
- Brain training to enhance attention, awareness, mental clarity, emotional regulation, and mental stability.

Thursday: 1pm – 5pm Arrival7pm Meet and Greet Reception (Dinner provided)8:30pm Restorative Yoga/meditation: gentle practice to recover from your travel day and a full tummy, followed by a short meditation
Friday: 7am Sun Salutation8 – 9am Breakfast included9-11am Karma Yoga (Volunteering)
11-12pm Yoga practice12 – 1pm Lunch on your own1 – 3pm Flextime: private consultations, tour, relax on beach, self-study3-5pm Health Care & Wellness Panel5-6pm Restorative Yoga/meditation: gentle practice6pm Dinner provided

Consultations
• Medical, mental health, or physical: review/explain Lab results, tests, and diagnosis.
Specific supplement recommendations • Yoga therapy consult• Private yoga lesson • For practitioners: complimentary medicine in practice. How to incorporate supplements and yoga into your practice.
• Genesight test - review/explain and recommendations. Obtain test prior to event and get in-person explanation and recommendations at conference
What you Need
• Open mind (required)• Yoga mat (required)• Any props you may need:
- blocks to assist with alignment and
- straps to assist with flexibility• Folding chairs will be provided for those who require them to assist with balance • Comfortable yoga clothes• Any medical records, labs, or forms that you want to have reviewed in consultation • Dosha quiz which will be provided after registration • Close toed running/tennis shoes for Karma Yoga
